Kourtney Kardashian had quite a scare and her sister Kim Kardashian feared for her life. The drama happened when Kim noticed a rather large bald spot on the top of her sister’s head and feared for her health. This wasn’t just a tiny bald spot either. If anyone has followed the Kardashians and Jenners throughout their careers as social media influencers and reality TV stars, they know how much attention they put on their physical appearance.

The incident played out on their long-running show Keeping Up With The Kardashians teaser for the 17th season. Kourtney ultimately had plasma treatments performed to help regrow hair from the spot. Kourtney ultimately realized that excessive styling and an extremely tight ponytail were to blame for the hair loss.

Kim Kardashian stated the following on the episode.

“Kourtney, you have a really big spot on the top of your head. Look down. Oh my GOD! I’m afraid for your life. Have you seen that?”

Kim’s fear for her sister’s health was apparent but Kim worried that there was something more serious going on than tight ponytails.

Kourtney responded to Kim’s fear.

“No, but I feel it. It’s a hole in my head. I swear it’s from my ponytail, it was so tight that I had a bump on my head like this.”
