Whatever Happened To Gwen Stefani's Pink Wedding Dress?

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale called it quits in 2016, but the dress Stefani wore at their wedding in 2002 will live on in our minds and hearts forever. As far as celebrity bridal dresses go, it was anything but ordinary. Instead of the usual all-white ensemble, Stefani famously rocked a dip-dye wedding gown with a pink ombre hem, designed and hand-painted by John Galliano for Christian Dior.

Stefani's pink wedding dress spawned a colored wedding dress trend at the time, so after the wedding, the star donated it to the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, the same city where she got hitched. Vogue noted that she said it was a "piece of art," and so the iconic dress was included in the museum's "Wedding Dresses 1775-2014" exhibition, which also showcased the gowns of the Duchess of Cornwall, Kate Moss, Margaret Whigham, and more, per Vanity Fair.

Stefani loved the dress so much that she wore the same look in the promotional campaign of her fourth solo studio album. Per Observer, this dress also featured a pink ombre design, but this time around, it was designed by Christian Siriano. "I think it was a new updated version for her," he said. "It wasn't specifically designed for this album, but it fit right in and she looked like a queen!"
